Drag Racing for Android is Pedal to the Metal Fun
When you install Drag Racing for Android, you'll have enough cash to buy a vehicle straight away. Before you do that however, you can test drive any of the vehicles in your price range and level to get a feel for how well they handle, how quickly they accelerate, and how well you can control them. You can also customize the length of the track, and whether your races are a quarter-mile or a half-mile, and give each vehicle a whirl before you buy it.
As you win (or lose) races, you'll earn money and respect points. You'll naturally earn more money and respect by winning races, but even losing test drive races will earn you something, especially as you try new vehicles and get to new top speeds. Keep in mind though that the more your car costs and the higher level it is, the more difficult your opposition will be, both from the system and from other racers online.
When you have a car that you like racing with, you can tweak its features. You can tune and upgrade the car to get better acceleration, higher top speed, more traction, or less drag by customizing different parts of the vehicle. As you race, you'll encounter bosses, and when you race the bosses and win, you'll get extra cash and respect points. If you're not ready to hit the track against bosses or go online, you can turn down the difficulty level and race the beginner and amateur AIs for some quick points and cash to upgrade your car.
Drag Racing for Android is completely free and available now in the Android App Market, and very addictive. If you've been looking for a solid, free Android game to play that you can drop in and out of quickly, this is the game for you.
